Our Wednesday music practice is led by Mr. Mike Blessing. Private music lessons are also available to SHAS students through Mr. Blessing.

Jessica Alexander Secretary / Health Aide / Bookkeeper

I was born and raised in Staples. I graduated from Staples-Motley High School. I have 4 children (3 boys and 1 girl). I enjoy camping, going to the lake, walking/hiking, and traveling. I love the ocean. I could sit in the warm sun and listen to the waves all day! I have worked at SHAS since the fall of 2017 and I love being a part of this school community.

Julie Orlando Preschool Aide

My name is Julie Orlando and I am so excited to be working with the school as a Pre-K aide this year and running the Before Care program! I have been a part of the school community for a while now, most recently helping with lunches before taking this position. I love to garden and spend time watching my grandchildren play sports, especially volleyball! I am very excited for this year and can’t wait to meet all of our new PreK kiddos!

My name is Janelle Thompson and I have been working in the Staples and Sacred Heart School for 30+ years as a Title 1 paraprofessional.

I enjoy and love my family and grandchildren. I love that I can be a part of a faith-based school community.
