Every year the Minnesota Department of Education offers an Early Learning Scholarship through Mahube-Otwa for qualifying families of preschool students. SHAS is proud to maintain a “Four Star” rating through Parent Aware which means we’ve been recognized for our outstanding preschool program. We highly recommend that you apply for this scholarship through Mahube-Otwa if you meet the scholarship requirements that are described at the beginning of the application.
