SHAS accepts students from all walks of life and works with our local public schools to provide additional accommodations to students who may need them. We have a very affordable tuition rate and scholarships are available to those in financial need. It is our goal that no one should be denied admittance due to financial hardship, so don't let worry about tuition prevent your child from getting great formation! A $50 non-refundable fee is required to complete and submit the application. A completed application does not guarantee admission. Admission decisions for Preschool and Kindergarten will be sent to families in the Spring of the prior school year in which the student will enroll. Admissions decisions for transfer students into 1st – 6th grade will be sent to families approximately two weeks following the receipt of transcripts from the transferring school.
Children applying for admission to the Kindergarten class must be five years old by Sept. 1 of the school year in which they wish to be admitted.
In addition to basic information the registration form requires dates of reception of sacraments (where applicable) and dates of immunizations. A copy of the child’s birth certificate must accompany the registration form.
SHAS admits students of any race, national, or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to all students formally accepted into the school. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, national, or ethnic origin in the administration of our educational policies, admission policies, athletic or other school administered programs. Children who are not Catholic are expected to participate in religion classes and to attend all religious functions of the school/church.
