Compensation Scale:
Starting salary for teachers with less than 1 year of experience: $38,000
Additional compensation may be provided for advanced degrees, certifications, or specializations.

After School Care Professional – Join Our Team!
Sacred Heart Area School is seeking a dedicated and caring After School Care Professional to provide supervision and support for students in Kindergarten through 6th grade during after-school hours. This part-time position runs Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM, with a compensation rate of $12/hour. Responsibilities include supervising students to ensure their safety and well-being, assisting with homework in a structured, quiet environment, and organizing engaging activities such as table games, puzzles, arts and crafts, reading sessions, and outdoor play (weather permitting). Candidates will also foster a respectful, faith-based atmosphere, address minor behavioral issues in alignment with Catholic virtues, and maintain professional communication with students, parents, and staff.
Qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with experience working with children preferred. Strong organizational skills, patience, reliability, and the ability to model positive, faith-centered behavior are essential. Applicants must pass a background check in accordance with Sacred Heart Area School and Diocese of St. Cloud policies. This role offers a dynamic work environment involving indoor and outdoor settings, physical activity, and meaningful engagement with students. Required Qualifications:
A Minnesota Teaching License (preferred)
A Bachelor’s Degree in Education from an accredited institution
An Educational Certificate from an accredited institution
